GSR Eng Consulting is a boutique engineering practice specialising in potable water, sewer and stormwater engineering design/consulting services. Led by Gabriel Sciannimanica, the practice brings over 15 years of focused experience across consulting, local government and Water Servicing Coordinator (WSC) environments, including senior roles at Cardno and Stantec, and nearly a decade as a delegated senior development engineer within local government. Gabriel is C3-accredited (Sydney Water) and provides project assistance to Water Servicing Coordinators and developers.

Based in Wollongong, GSR Eng Consulting supports clients across the Illawarra, South Coast, Southern Highlands and Greater Sydney. Services include BPA and SEA authoring/reviews (in-scope and out-of-scope), utility feasibility assessments for pre-purchase/pre-planning proposal and pre-DA, WSC technical overflow support, development-engineering assessments, and inspections. GSR works flexibly with WSCs, consultancies, councils and developers through fixed mini-scopes or short-term engagements, offering senior-level insight without the overhead of a large consultancy.
